refactor(frontend): 将账号显示替换为用户显示

Browse Source 
- 在错误日志表格中将账号列替换为用户列
- 在错误详情模态框中将账号信息替换为用户信息
- 显示用户邮箱而不是账号名称
- 上游错误的账号信息保留在上游错误上下文中
