Stripe payment path was setting expiresAt to empty string, causing
PaymentStatusPanel to fall back to hardcoded 30-minute default when
the popup redirect switches to the waiting view.
Add a full payment and subscription system supporting EasyPay (Alipay/WeChat),
Stripe, and direct Alipay/WeChat Pay providers with multi-instance load balancing.
Embedded pages (purchase subscription, custom pages) now receive the
current user locale through a `lang` URL parameter, allowing iframe
content to match the user's language preference.

The backdrop-blur background on the iframe "open in new tab" floating
button was hardcoded to bg-white/80, making it look broken in dark
theme. Added dark:bg-dark-800/80 variant for both PurchaseSubscription
and CustomPage views.

an iframe-embedded external page. Includes shared URL builder with
src_host/src_url tracking, CSP frame-src multi-origin deduplication,
admin settings UI, and i18n support.

This feature allows API Keys to have their own quota limits and expiration
times, independent of the user's balance.
Backend:
- Add quota, quota_used, expires_at fields to api_key schema
- Implement IsExpired() and IsQuotaExhausted() checks in middleware
- Add ResetQuota and ClearExpiration API endpoints
- Integrate quota billing in gateway handlers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Include quota/expiration fields in auth cache for performance
- Expiration check returns 403, quota exhausted returns 429
Frontend:
- Add quota and expiration inputs to key create/edit dialog
- Add quick-select buttons for expiration (+7, +30, +90 days)
- Add reset quota confirmation dialog
