新功能：
- 添加 5小时窗口费用控制和会话数量限制
- Caddy 静态资源长期缓存配置
- 前端性能优化（路由预加载、移除 Google Fonts 改用系统字体）
- 修复 api_contract_test 缺少 SessionLimitCache 参数问题

品牌修改：
- 仅修改品牌显示名称为 TianShuAPI
- 保持所有功能完整
- 恢复 docker-compose.1panel.yml 配置文件
