refactor(channel-monitor): remove INTELLIGENCE MONITOR hero title

Subtitle + breadcrumb already convey context; the giant h1 was visual
noise. Drops orphan i18n key `channelStatus.hero.title` and shrinks
hero section vertical padding accordingly.

Bump VERSION to 0.1.114.26
