QuentinHsu 09adc6f201 refactor(web): systemSetting component to enhance UI structure and add new configuration options

- Wrapped form sections in Card components for better visual separation
- Added new configuration options for payment settings, email domain whitelist, SMTP, OIDC, GitHub OAuth, Linux DO OAuth, WeChat, and Telegram
- Improved layout with responsive design using Row and Col components
- Updated button actions for saving settings in new sections

Basic Usages

# Runs the app in the development mode
npm start

# Builds the app for production to the `build` folder
npm run build

If you want to change the default server, please set REACT_APP_SERVER environment variables before build, for example: REACT_APP_SERVER=http://your.domain.com.

Before you start editing, make sure your Actions on Save options have Optimize imports & Run Prettier enabled.
